All products sold by Faceless Founder are digital downloads (e-books, guides, and prompt packs). Nothing is physically shipped — your purchase is delivered instantly by email after checkout.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll issue a full refund — no hoops, no hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and (optionally) a note on what didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Things to Know

Because our products are digital, there is nothing to return or ship back.

Refunds apply to first-time purchases of a given product. Repeat purchases of the same item after a prior refund are not eligible.
